Currently we are actively recruiting for an enthusiastic and confident Specialist Financial Recruitment to Recruitment Consultant to join cer Recruitment to Recruitment brand, any sector recruitment experience will be considered as long as you have the right ethos, ethics and passion for recruitment.

The successful individual will have;
· Equivalent of 1 year min recruitment experience in any sector.
· Knowledge of the recruitment market and a genuine passion for this industry
· Desire and the ability to offer a true consultative approach whereby the only KPI’s are to be the best.
· Headhunting skills are desirable.
· Confident , articulate communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly
· Business integrity, honest and transparent in business approach
· Creative and forward thinking
· Proven billing experience
