Knowledge of law is advantageous but not essential.
The employment law desk is a luke warm desk with over 400 employment law partners being regularly contacted.
The desk predominantly recruits lawyers and therefore requires a tenacious consultant who is focused on networking.

The successful candidate must be able to show proven sales success and a willingness to enhance new work practises. cer Legal are always pushing ways to improve their service offering and they utilise state of the art recruitment systems.
