Legal Real Estate Finance: Associate Director; Permanent

Our client, a specialist bank, is looking for a Legal Real Estate Finance: Associate Director to join their International Legal department.
Reporting to the Head of Legal, main responsibilities will include:
* In charge at the legal level of the real estate financings and deals restructuring.
* Preparation of legal documentation, particularly covenants for transactions including firms and insolvency law.
* Active advices on a legal point of view given to other departments
* Preparing and negotiating contracts with bank partners
* Compliance
Requirements:
The succesful candidate will have legal experience in RE business, a good understanding of Structured Finance or investment banking environment, good knowledge of real estate law environment as well as knowledge and interest in the Real Estate market and the capacity to deal with legal customers issues. You must be familiar with the Commercial Real Estate markets, and have the ability to acquire financial concepts and due diligence skills.
IT Skills: Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel & PowerPoint is essential
Languages: Excellent spoken and written French and English, and preferably with business eompetence in a further European Language
