An exciting opportunity has become available within a highly successful bank for a Corporate Actions Analyst to be involved with the processing of voluntary events.
Responsibilities will include:
• Reconciliation of events.
• Processing of voluntary European equity and bond corporate actions.
• Supporting and liaising with internal trading desks, Prime broker clients, Stock loan c/parties and external brokers.
• Extensive interaction with Client Services Group and other operations departments.
• Execution of client instructions to local custodian banks.
• Monitor breaks between the client and their agent banks
• Reconciliation of internal control accounts
• Answer and resolve client queries
• Monitoring team and individual electronic diary.
• Opportunity to participate in a wide range of projects
The successful candidate will ideally have a good understanding of a broker dealer environment, good organisation skills as well as being able to work to deadlines. You should have enough experience to be of a senior nature in terms of your knowledge.
YOU MUST BE EDUCATED TO DEGREE LEVEL OR EQUIVALENT.
