Corporate Action Analyst
Our client is looking for a Corporate Actions Analyst to join their team responsible for the processing of all benefit entitlements for the equity and fixed income products.

Responsibilities include:
· Responsibility for processing Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action events across all business streams in all International markets (except APAC) from start to finish
· Checking initial notification which has gone out to clients is correct
· Reconciling positions across all business streams for each file
· Obtaining, managing and collating instructions from clients (external and internal) and counterparties for voluntary events
· Meeting deadlines for Voluntary events
· Booking relevant out-turn trades Monitoring and clearing Cash/Stock/Fobo breaks and fails relating to own files Liaising with internal PB desk/Stock Loan desk/Prop desks
· Liaising with external counterparties - Stock Lending, Brokers, Clients Liaising with
· Custodians Archiving files once complete

The successful candidate will have strong International Corporate Actions knowledge, experience in a similar role as well as good IT skills.
