Equity Derivatives Documentation Negotiator ; Permanent
  • Title: Equity Derivatives Documentation Negotiator
  • Salary Range: Negotiable

Our client has an exciting permanent opportunity for a Documents Negotiator with strong Equity Derivatives knowledge to join their team.

The successful candidate will:

• Be responsible for negotiating MCAs / templates for reduction of outstanding confirmations
• Have strong Equities product knowledge
• Liaise with sales, legal and trading teams to agree templates with counterparties
• Contribute to ISDA work groups in dealing with new products
• Be proficient dealing with DTCC / Swapswire
• Have a strong understanding of ISDA Documentation
• Be analytical in approach with a drive to improve procedures and processes


The successful candidate will be degree qualified (or equivalent) and have experience within a similar Derivatives Documentation negotiating position. Strong knowledge of Equity Derivative products is required and template negotiation experience.
