Loans Administrator ; Permanent
- Title: Loans Administrator
- Salary Range: £40,000
- Duration: Permanent
Our client has an opportunity available for a Loans Administrator to join their team to administer the loan portfolio.
Main responsibilities will include:
· Loan administration (dealing with funding advice, drawdowns, rollovers, payments, interest and fees due, repayments, monitoring receipts, client and bank correspondence, miscellaneous matters, diary, check lists, good record keeping).
· Full range of loan products, bilateral, participation, agency, structured deals, swaps etc.
· Correspondence with participating banks as part of Agency role.
· High level of customer service and supporting role to both internal and external clients other departments and team members.
· Dealing with problem accounts, late payment.
· Updating of all the relevant loan system.
· Assistance with providing reports to management.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role, good IT skills as well as being a good communicator.
