Agency Officer ; Permanent
  • Title: Agency Officer
  • Salary Range: £40,000
  • Duration: Permanent

Our client has an opportunity available for an Agency Officer to support their agency function by taking key function in liaising with borrower and other participating banks.

Main responsibilities:
· Liaise with internal and external parties and response to their enquiries about the Loan Facilities
· Handle information provided by borrowers and advisors for distribution to participants, monitor conditions precedent, initial and subsequent drawing, and control borrower’s compliance with covenants.
· Prepare management information or progress report as required.
· Ensure payments/ fee claims/ rollovers are done within required deadlines
· Liaise with Ops/front offices to ensure smooth processing on new /restructured deals.
· Process Transfers as Agent under the facilities

The successful candidate will have proven agency business experience, basic knowledge of corporate and project finance as well as good computer skills, in particular MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. ACBS would be an advantage but not essential.
