Trade Finance Assistant Operations Officer ; Perm

• Title: Trade Finance Assistant Operations Officer
• Salary Range: £Negotiable
• Duration: Perm

Our client is looking for a Trade Finance Assistant Operations Officer to join their team to
ensure all Trade Finance operational work is processed.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Ensure all received Letters of Credit (including applications) / Guarantees (including applications) amendments / Documents (both Letter of Credit and Collections) are processed.
• Ensure that all Trade Finance new loan facilities / draw-downs / rollovers / maturities are processed.
• Ensure all departmental procedures are created, remain updated to current practices and adhered to.
• Ensure that all other Corporate Banking loan facilities / draw-downs / rollovers / maturities are processed.
• Ensure that all trade confirmation and payments are processed.
• Ensure that all Securities transactions are processed.
• Daily reconciliation of Banks cash position.

The successful candidate will have proven settlement / payments experience, Swift Alliance experience specifically MT7 series messages and MT202, MT202COV and MT103 as well as being proficient in MS Word & Excel
