Our client is looking for somebody to join their Bank Relations & Market Infrastructure team. They are a global team responsible for managing the strategic relationships, credit lines, service quality and costs for the network of banks and infrastructures globally.
This is a contract role.
Key responsibilities
• Create a management information solution for infrastructure relationships, including central counterparties, depositories and other third party post-trade service providers.
• Work with Commercial Managers to understand the cost structures for banks and infrastructure services provided and ensure the firm is paying competitive fees.
• Manage a range of reports that analyse the firm’s clearing costs, including responsibility for: Data sourcing and creation of new analysis
• Production and continuous enhancement of a current suite of reports
• Thoughtful analysis and interpretation of information to drive conclusions and action
The successful candidate will have:
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a track record creating/producing management information
• Advanced use of Excel to manipulate data
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Good communication skills with the ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders
• Ability to combine tactical and strategic thinking
• Good PC skills including Outlook and PowerPoint
• Degree or equivalent is a minimum requirement
