Fixed Domestic Settlements Analyst ; Permanent

Our client has an opportunity for a temporary Fixed Domestic Settlements Analyst to join their team responsible for the settlement of domestic fixed income transactions.
Main responsibilities will include:
• Liaison with Trade Support , Middle Office teams, Sales and Traders over bookings
• Pre-matching of trades
• Settlement Process
• Trade Full and Partial pair-offs
• Trade Miss-match resolution
• Agreeing funding requirements with Cash Management Group
• Reconciliation of the depot’s and nostro’s
• Depository Position Management
• Liaising with Pre Settlements and Post Settlements (ICSD teams) when amending trades to and from the domestic settlement.
• Liaison over Corporate Actions and Income events
• Investigation of late settlement interest claims
• Updating SSI’s
• Liaising with SME’s (Subject matter experts) on project enhancement for existing and new markets.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a high volume environment, in-depth knowledge of Fixed Income domestic settlements, knowledge of Fixed Income Product as well as being able to work under pressure.
Knowledge of ICSD would be an advantage as would experience of the following applications: Intellimatch, Euclid, Creation Online or Crest
