Loans Administration Temp; Temporary

An opportunity has arisen for an to join our clients Trade Support team to assist in the Loan administration and servicing duties.

Main responsibilities will include:
· Administrating rollovers, re-pricings and rate fixings and maintaining and updating data in internal systems. Reconciling positions and accruals shown in internal systems to the agent notices.
· Reviewing agent notices and calculating, applying and reconciling interest and fees
· Communicating and resolving discrepancies in relation to cash receivables and liaising with appropriate individuals inside and outside of the company to resolve these;
· Reviewing accuracy of security setup against backup documentation. Signing off in Sharepoint.
· Assisting with daily and monthly pricing
· Initiating daily holdings system processes, monitoring their completion, and problem-solving issues with the technical team as necessary

The successful candidate will have proven experience of Loans administration from a banking or Fund environment.
