Deputy Branch Manager

Our client is looking for a Deputy branch Manager To provide leadership and management for the branch office, in the absence of the branch manager, in achieving business potential whilst ensuring full compliance with the regulatory and organisational procedures and at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve branch financial objectives
• To identify opportunities for the development of the branch
• To communicate relevant information to staff
• To encourage, motivate and support staff to achieve personal and work objectives
• To allocate and manage resources within the team
• To monitor, progress and quality of work and provide regular feedback to staff
• To assist staff in the identification of development needs and solutions
• To ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and organisational requirements
• To maintain and develop business, market and regulatory knowledge as required for the role

Successful candidates will have

• A background in compliance at a senior level working closely with the front office.
• Candidates might also come from a front office background and be keen to now move into a managerial position driving processes forward and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
