Property Finance - Corporate Credit Analyst


Our client is looking for a Property Finance - Corporate Credit Analyst, who will be the credit expert to nominated relationship points, working with a defined portfolio of customer connections.

The successful candidate will have:

• Credit exposure within a Risk environment
• Awareness of Corporate Banking products / services
• Property Finance experience
• End to end process Credit exposure
• Modeling awareness
• Proven experience of stakeholder engagement
• Sanctions experience


Key responsibilities

• Assessment of customer’s business, through the analysis of Credit risks associated with the provision of the Bank’s products / services
• Provision of information on a customer’s business via research using various sources
• Responsible for managing financial information produced by customers
• Ensuring optimal use of complex financial modelling and grading tools.
• Monitor and Control quality of portfolio
• Work in partnership with sales team
• Attend customer meetings to resolve credit issues
