Documentation Specialist – Equities Structured Drafter

This role is within the Structured Drafting team, a team of 4, which is responsible for the ISDA documentation of the structured / bespoke OTC equity trades that we trade with our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing/drafting equity derivative confirmations issued under ISDA (2000 & 2006 Definitions)
• Product range to include: Index/Stock Options, Index/Stock Basket Options, Share Forwards, Swaps On Futures, Stock/Index Swaps, Share Basket/Index Basket Swaps, Cliquets, Convertible Bond Options / Asset Swaps, Exotics
• Ensure daily drafting targets are met
• Ensure drafting accounts are efficiently maintained in line with team targets
• Ensure control procedures are completed on a daily basis by team
• Liaise with traders, marketers, inter-office, legal counsel and clients Resolving all documentation related queries

The successful candidate will have:

• Prior experience in drafting bespoke, structured Equity Derivatives confirmations from term sheets as well as drafting all commonly traded Equity Derivatives product.
• Demonstrate detailed knowledge of ISDA terms and their application
• Proven experience of working to FED targets in terms of drafting and execution of confirms
• Proven experience in liaising with traders, marketers and clients to resolve issues whilst ensuring client service is maintained and risks actively managed.
• Proven ability to work well in team situations supporting junior members of staff and management
