Cash Management Team Manager; Permanent

• Title: Cash Management Team Manager
• Salary Range: Competitive
• Duration: Permanent

Our client is looking for a Cash Management Team Manager to join their Treasury Operations team to actively contribute to the general management and future direction of the team.

Main responsibilities will include:
• minimising financial, reputational and regulatory risk to the firm and its clients
• analyze and resolve exceptions, escalate risk items to management and the business
• working towards improving efficiency & control of existing processes
• ensuring necessary controls in place for new funding flows in emerging and growth markets
• setting team priorities in line with global and divisional objectives
• liaising with FX, Funding Desk and business units to assess liquidity requirements work with agent banks to consolidate the Firm's cash positions
• Oversee the execution of high value or sensitive transactions (for Equities, Bank Loans, IBD and IPO’s amongst others)
• Assessing funding and systems requirements for New Products as well as being involved in any initiatives undertaken in New Markets.

The successful candidate will have proven risk management experience, strong leadership skills, good analytical skills and attention to detail, focus on risk mitigation as well as excellent communication skills.
