Head of Change Management Team (VP); Permanent

• Title: Head of Change Management Team (VP)

Our client has an opportunity available to become the Head of their Change Management team which forms part of the Global Collateral Management Unit and Client Valuations Group and focuses on tactical change initiatives.


Main responsibilities:
• Management and development of Change Management Team; includes responsibility for recruitment and development of the Team.
• Responsible for managing global CMU/CVG business projects through the project ensuring close collaboration between Business and Technology Teams.
• Agree prioritisation and resourcing of projects with business stakeholders and Technology in line with the strategic business/technical architecture roadmap.
• Review project documentation throughout the project lifecycle to ensure these accurately reflect business demands and benefits and meet the standards to mitigate project risk.
• Responsible for managing controlled change and process re-engineering.
• Responsible for timely project reporting to all business stakeholders including preparation of Steering Committee reporting.

The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering large business sponsored projects, extensive experience leading a project team and managing change for collateral/credit risk business as well as knowledge of OTC derivative products and advanced Excel & Access skills.
