Team Leader – SSI Management; Permanent

• Title: Team Leader – SSI Management
• Salary Range: Negotiable
• Duration: Permanent

Our client is looking for a Team Leader – SSI Management to join their team to be responsible for managing the capture, maintenance and deletion of SSI’s and USI’s in all Capital market databases.
Key Responsibilities

• Daily management of all incoming documentation and database management ensuring that stringent turn around times are adhered to by all team members and that each daily cycle is completed in full minimal error rates
• To ensure that a comprehensive policy for logging and prioritising incoming documentation is established and conducted on a daily basis
• To ensure that regular house keeping duties are performed in all back office SSI Databases (including USI reduction and SSI optimization)
• To ensure that comprehensive internal procedures are documented, maintained and approved at all times
• Identification of process / system limitations and coordination of enhancements to attain maximum levels of autonomy.
• Team management (approx 2 individuals) and development of all direct reports. Ability to deal with staffing issues as they arise and in accordance with HR / Legal guidelines
• To continually evaluate payment rejection rates due to missing data and ensure that SSI’s are loaded to continually achieve a high level of payment.


The successful candidate will have;

• Proven experience leading a small or medium sized team
• A complete understanding of payment routing methodology and mechanics of reuters conversions.
• A strong background of process improvements , reviewing and streamlining existing procedures.
• Really strong excel skills (to include vlookups, pivot tables)
• Experience of manipulating large spreadsheets
In addition to being able to work in a team environment as well as knowledge of Calypso, Swift Alliance, Openlink, Omgeo Alert and SSI Search.
French language skills would be an advantage
