EXPOSURE TO A HIGH VOLUME INVESTMENT BANK IS ESSENTIAL

Our client is looking for a AVP Sales Assistant to manage two teams which provide administration support to Multi-Asset Class Sales desks.

Main duties will include
• Fixed income bond and IRD trade capture, enrichment and validation
• Extensive query management across those asset classes
• New account set-up in the Account Opening System
• Sales credit queries and revenue queries.
• Setting up any new client valuations in the valuation system. .
• Owning the risk and control function across the Rates SA Flow team (15 people), to include:
• Ownership of all exception and pending queues for the group, to ensure that trades are processed efficiently
• Ownership of control evidencing and attestations

The successful candidate will have experience managing a middle office function, experience with vanilla Interest Rates Derivative products and their related processes including knowledge of Markitwire as well as experience of fixed income bond processing including knowledge of settlement across various markets, OASYS and Alert
