Support Analyst (KYC)
6 months temporary contract
Paying up to £180pd
Hybrid split (3 days per week in the office)
Based in St Pauls

PLEASE ONLY APPLY IF:

· You have relevant KYC experience within a UK BANK.
· You have in depth experience onboarding Corporate clients for complex cases
· You have experience within Structured Finance within KYC checks

cer Financial are working alongside a Bank who are based in St Pauls. They are seeking a KYC Support Analyst to work with them on a 6 Months temp contract.

The Responsibilities of a KYC Support Analyst Will Include:

· Analysis of ownership/shareholder structures based on Structure Charts
· Defining KYC document requirements based on ownership structures
· Communicate KYC requirements with clients etc
· Validate KYC documents supplied by the clients /Agent Bank
· Obtain the required corporate documents via accessible registers
· Complete all KYC control documents (Onboarding form, CRR tool, etc.) and submit complete and signed to Compliance
· Raise any concerns or red flags with team head in the first instance and escalate to compliance in line with KYC procedure.
· Provide regular updates to the deal team and the team head on the status.
· Identify which customers are due for reviews
· Carry out regular reviews
· Request and validate any structural / director / authorised signature / UBO/OBO changes
· Update systems with changes
· Obtain the required corporate documents via accessible registers
· Action alerts from Companies House in a timely manner
· Complete all KYC periodic review documents (KYC review form, CRR tool, etc.) and submit complete and signed to Compliance

The Successful KYC Support Analyst Will Have:

· They should be able to actively demonstrate a sound and working knowledge of all AML regulations and requirements.
· Customer Onboarding: They should be able to understand, analyse and carry out complete KYC reviews from the borrower to the Ultimate Beneficial Owner on complex deal structures across varying businesses and jurisdictions. They should have the ability to recognise and address any areas of concern and where necessary escalate to the Team Head whilst communicating with a wide range of staff and potentially clients.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft office – excel, word etc
