Bank-Securities Integration Team / Associate
City of London / Hybrid
Contract
£210 – £240 per day

cer Financial are working alongside a bank who are based in the City of London. They are seeking a Bank-Securities Integration Team / Associate to work with them on a contract.

The Responsibilities of a Bank-Securities Integration Team / Associate Will Include:

· Assist the Head of Bank-Securities Integration in carrying out certain activities related to bank-securities integration and collaboration within EMEA Division
· Attend and contribute to workstreams within the Unity Programme, which consists of a number of bank-securities integration initiatives
· Support WG lead for Vendor Migration and SLAs
· Production of ongoing MI
· Coordination of internal processes related to migrating vendors
· SLAs – collate intragroup documentation and prepare for execution of new agreements
· Support regular reporting to senior management, committees, fora on integration status – e.g. helping to draft periodic programme reporting, board updates, Steering Committees updates, etc.
· Coordinate well with stakeholders in other teams and departments to help facilitate change initiatives
· Support business analysts and testers to effect the smooth operation of UAT
· Collate responses from CXOs and function heads to consolidate board and business/programme readiness steering committee reports
· Work closely with Risk Management Dept to maintain accurate and up-to-date programme and group-wide risk dashboards in readiness for go / no-go meetings

The Successful Bank-Securities Integration Team / Associate Will Have:

· Basic understanding of corporate and investment banking with a keen interest in the financial industry
Microsoft Office 365 suite: strong PowerPoint capability
· Ability to present professionally in small groups and participate in project planning meetings
